Economy Shed Foundation
Excavation and leveling of the site:
-Installation of 4" to 6" of ¾" clean stone, leveled and compacted.
-Designed to create a proper drainage bed and help prevent moisture damage to the floor and sides of your structure.
--Important Notes:
Not recommended for structures larger than 14' x 24' or sites with more than 10" of slope, as built-up stone can shift or wash out over time.
If more than 8" of build-up is needed to achieve level, a perimeter (such as a retaining wall) is highly recommended for long-term stability
--Site Condition & Pricing Disclaimer:
Prices are based on the site being within 8 inches of level. If the pad area is more than 8 inches off level, additional charges may apply, determined by the site crew at the time of installation.
--Obstruction Fees:
If digging through rock, tree stumps, or heavy root systems is required, additional labor and equipment charges will be assessed.
--Soil Handling Policy:
All excavated dirt is intended to be used around the perimeter of the foundation for grading. If dirt must be hauled off-site, an additional fee will be applied.
